• Product must be in working condition*, if found not working then we will let you know and ship it back to you.
• Unit for trade-in must be sent within 14 days of purchase
• You must be a VIP club member. If you're not yet, you can always sign up on our website.
• Trade-in can only be like for like model or an upgraded model
• Cartridges or Styluses bought on sale are not included in this scheme
